Shipping Terms and Services

Most tickets are shipped using your selected method within 24 hours of when your order is confirmed by our corporate office. However, in some cases, the tickets have not yet been printed and sent to Gold Coast Tickets (by the source). Those tickets will not be available to be shipped to you until a later date. Shipping methods are merely descriptive of the shipping service used and do not imply a guaranteed delivery date. The following is for informational purposes only – Gold Coast Tickets does not guarantee the performance of FedEx or any other carrier (see site terms and conditions).

If you place an order after 4:00 p.m., your order may not be processed until the following business day. Please note: all times listed within these shipping terms are in Central Time (CT), United States.

  • FedEx Priority Overnight Delivery ($10.00) - Tickets are shipped using priority overnight shipping service – FedEx Priority Delivery typically arrives by 12PM (in most areas) on the next business day after the date of shipment. Saturday is not considered a business day.
  • FedEx International Express Delivery ($50.00) – You must select this method when you are located outside of the United States by selecting your country of origin. Please be aware that international shipments may experience delays that are beyond our control for a variety of reasons including but not limited to: customs delays, transit delays, and local service availability. Please allow at least 5 business days before your event for your tickets to arrive once shipped.
  • E-Delivery (FREE) - If you choose tickets that are marked as "E-Tickets" or "E-Delivery" and choose to have them emailed, your tickets will be sent to the email address associated with the account used to place the order. Tickets will only be emailed after the order has been reviewed and approved by a member of our staff. If you do not receive your tickets within 72 hours of placing your order, please contact our office to speak to a member of our staff.
  • Pickup at our Corporate Office (FREE) - 908 W. Madison Street Chicago, IL - Please see our office hours and locations. Not all tickets will be available for pickup immediately after purchasing. Please call our office if you are picking up and have not received notification that your tickets are ready to be picked up.
  • Day-of-Event Pickup Near Wrigley Field (FREE) - 950 W. Addison Street (Bacci Pizzeria, pickup inside office to the right when you first walk in). This option is only available online beginning 3 days prior to an event taking place at Wrigley Field. If you choose this option, your tickets for the event occurring at Wrigley Field will NOT be available for pickup at Bacci Pizzeria until 90 minutes prior to the event's starting time.
    This is a satellite location and is only staffed for a short time after the event's start time printed on the ticket. If you have not picked up your tickets by the printed time on the ticket, we will make every attempt to reach you to arrange for another method of pickup but cannot be held responsible for late arrivals not getting into the event. Please make sure to include the best phone number you can be reached at on the day of the event when placing your order.
  • Day-of-Event Pickup Near US Cellular Field (FREE) - 238 W. 33rd Street (Turtle's Bar and Grill - 33rd/Wells). This option is only available online beginning 3 days prior to an event taking place at US Cellular Field. If you choose this option, your tickets for the event occurring at US Cellular Field will NOT be available for pickup at Turtle's until 90 minutes prior to event's starting time.
    This is a satellite location and is only staffed for a short time after the event's start time printed on the ticket. If you have not picked up your tickets by the printed time on the ticket, we will make every attempt to reach you to arrange for another method of pickup but cannot be held responsible for late arrivals not getting into the event.   • Day-of-Event Pickup Near United Center - Bulls and Blackhawks ONLY (FREE) - 1960 W. Madison Street (Clark Street Sports - Madison/Damen). This option is only available online beginning 3 days prior to a Bulls or Blackhawks game occurring at the United Center. If you choose this option, your tickets for the event occurring at United Center will NOT be available for pickup at Clark Street Sports until 90 minutes prior to event's starting time.
    This is a satellite location and is only staffed for a short time after the event's start time printed on the ticket. If you have not picked up your tickets by the printed time on the ticket, we will make every attempt to reach you to arrange for another method of pickup but cannot be held responsible for late arrivals not getting into the event.   • Day-of-Event Pickup at Ryan Field Gate E (FREE) - Ryan Field Gate E Box Office is located 1501 Central Street Evanston, IL 60201. This option is only available online beginning 3 days prior to a Northwestern Football game occurring at Ryan Field. If you choose this option, your tickets for the game will NOT be available for pickup at Ryan Field until 90 minutes prior to event's starting time.

If you have not picked up your tickets by the printed time on the ticket, we will make every attempt to reach you to arrange for another method of pickup but cannot be held responsible for late arrivals not getting into the event.   • Day-of-Event Pickup at Welsh-Ryan Arena (FREE) - Welsh-Ryan Arena (ticket pickup inside lobby) is located at 2705 Ashland Avenue Evanston, IL 60208. This option is only available online beginning 3 days prior to a Northwestern Men's Basketball game occurring at Welsh-Ryan Arena. If you choose this option, your tickets for the game will NOT be available for pickup at Welsh-Ryan Arena until 90 minutes prior to event's starting time.

All tickets are delivered via an express delivery service (i.e., Federal Express, messenger, etc.) and all deliveries will require a signature. It is your responsibility to be available to accept the delivery. You agree to provide a secure delivery location and authorize someone at that address to act as your agent in your absence to accept delivery of the package. If for any reason your tickets are returned without being delivered, our order fulfillment partners will try to contact you to arrange for another delivery attempt, but will not be responsible for tickets that arrive late due to failed attempts to deliver.
