67-year-old entertainment legend Jimmy Buffett is still at it.  The Mississippi native released his first album, Down to Earth, way back in 1970.  He mixed country, folk, pop, and tropical themes into his rock style.  He still gets much inspiration for his music from his frequent trips to the Caribbean.  His 1977 album Changes in Latitudes, Changes in Attitudes featured international hit “Margaritaville”, a track still popular today.  In 1985 the first Margaritaville retail store opened, followed by the 1987 opening of the Margaritaville Cafe.  Today he’s affiliated with the line of Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville restaurants all across the United States and Caribbean.  He’s also involved with the slightly smaller Cheeseburger in Paradise chain.  Buffett has continued to release albums over the years, totaling 27 studio albums, 11 live albums, and 67 singles.  His latest album, Songs from St. Somewhere (2013) was released last year and peaked at #4 on the US chart.
