Cubs Sign Scott Baker

The Chicago Cubs begin to revamp their starting rotation early this offseason by adding 31-year-old veteran right hander Scott Baker.  Baker, who boasts a career 63-48 record as a starter, is a relatively low-risk move for the Cubs who signed the former Twins starter to just a 1-year deal after he spent the 2012 season recovering from Tommy John surgery.
