Jim Grobe will being entering his 15th season with Wake Forest in the 2012 season and look to improve on a 6-7 record from last year. The Deacons went on to tie for second in the Atlantic Division of the ACC and got invited to the Music City Bowl where Mississippi State defeated them, 23-17. Quarterback Tanner Price showed he was capable of becoming an All ACC player, throwing for over 3,000 yards and rushing for over 200 yards when running the option. As long as he stays healthy, Thomas will be a top-contender in the ACC during the 2012 season. With an offensive line that is better than expected and a defense that will likely improve with time, Coach Grobe is looking at one of the best Wake football teams in years. If Grobe has his way, the Wake Forest Demon Deacons will make it to their second straight bowl appearance in 2012.
