Entering his 26th year as head coach of the Virginia Tech Hokies, Frank Beamer will look to improve on an 11-3 record from 2011 and continue to have the third-longest bowl game streak in the country. Last season, Coach Beamer led his team to the Sugar Bowl where they suffered a disappointing defeated by Michigan in overtime. Now, Coach Beamer will look to quarterback Logan Thomas to once again deliver big numbers from his team after throwing for over 3,000 yards and 30 touchdowns in 2011.
