Irvine Welsh's Trainspotting is the story of a group of young addicts from Scotland and it has captured the hearts of many ever since it was brought to the silver screen in 1996 behind the direction of Danny Boyle. The British Film Institute even named the film version 10th on the Top 10 British Films of All Time. Now, for the first time ever, theatre-goers will have the opportunity to see this story live on stage in Chicago during its 6 week run at Theater Wit. Adding to the show's appeal, award winning director Tom Mullen has readapted the story into an American Landscape, replacing Scotland's Edinburgh town with the more familiar Kansas City, Missouri.
