Providence advanced to the NCAA tournament for the first time since 2004 in the 2013-2014 season. The Friars, who had their best seasons in years, were led by Bryce Cotton. Cotton, who now plays for the Spurs, averaged 22 points and 6 assists last season. It will be a tough task to replace Cotton looking ahead to the 2014-2015 season. The Friars will have to rely on LaDontae Henton to improve on his 14 points per game and 8 rebounds per game that he averaged last year. The 2014 recruiting class is highlighted by top 100 center Paschal Chukwu.
