What are the seat numbers?
Seat numbers are not disclosed on the web page. To protect the privacy of the buyer and seller we do not publish this information. If you have questions about a specific seat location for an event you can call our office and a representative will be happy to help you.

 Are the seats together?
All tickets are sold together unless otherwise noted.

What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Discover, American Express, and MasterCard.

I received my tickets and the seat numbers are not consecutive are the tickets together?
Most theatres along with other venues have odd and even seating. As long as your seats are consecutive odd or even (1, 3, 5, 7 or 2, 4, 6, 8) they are together.

Why are similar tickets priced differently?
Ticket prices are determined by the market forces of supply and demand. Sellers price similar tickets differently to fit the current market based on their perception of the market at a given time. Specific seat location at a certain venue may also reflect price change for that event (i.e Allstate Arena, section 1 row 1 seat 25 vs row 1 seat 48).

The price printed on the ticket is different than what I was charged, did I overpay?

Tickets sold through Gold Coast Tickets are obtained through secondary market TICKET SELLERS and are being resold, in many cases, above the price or "face value" listed on the ticket. All ticket prices include additional service charges and handling fees as defined on each order. Gold Coast Tickets is not affiliated with any performer, sports team, or venue and does not act as a primary sale box office. By agreeing to these TERMS, the purchaser agrees that the purchase price for the tickets on the order does not reflect the original purchase price of the ticket, and may be either higher or lower than the original purchase price.

Why can't I buy one ticket, or 3 tickets, etc?
Most tickets are listed to sell in even quantities. This does not always mean the tickets cannot be sold in odd lots. If there is a specific seat you are looking for that is not listed in an odd lot, contact our office and a representative can further assist you.

Are there more seats available?
We may have inventory that is not listed on our site. For more options call us at 800-889-9100.

Are these prices listed per ticket or for the whole group?
All ticket listings are listed as per ticket.

Does the price of the ticket reflect the final price?

Gold Coast Tickets does not add service charges. However, the price of the ticket does not include shipping or tax.

Can I cancel my order?

All sales are final. There are no refunds. exchanges or cancellations.

The event I purchased tickets for was rescheduled and I can't go. What should I do?

If an event date/time is rescheduled or postponed, there are no cancellations, refunds, or exchanges. Tickets for a postponed event will be honored for the rescheduled event date. New tickets will not need to be issued. In certain situations, Gold Coast Tickets may make an attempt to try to sell your seats for you to recover costs on the tickets that were acquired, in the event you cannot attend; however there is no guarantee you will receive any credit back. Gold Coast Tickets honors the same policy as MLB for cancelled and rescheduled events. If an MLB event is cancelled or rescheduled, please visit the team’s website or contact a Gold Coast Tickets representative for further info.

If an event is cancelled, will I get a refund?

If an event is canceled for any reason other than an act of God (rainout, earthquake, flood, etc.), war, terrorism, strike, or lockout, you will be provided a full refund for the amount that you paid for the tickets, minus shipping charges. TICKETS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF THE ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE EVENT CANCELLATION. We suggest returning tickets via a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery. In case of a rainout or strike for a sporting event, no refunds will be made.

If a contingent event (such as, game 7 of a playoff) is not played, will I get a refund?
Yes. Gold Coast Tickets will refund you the total cost of your tickets and tax. Shipping charges are not refundable if you have already received the tickets.

What is eDelivery?
E-delivery is the electronic delivery of tickets. Tickets are sent via email and downloaded and printed to your own personal printer. Many tickets have the ability to be delivered electronically. To find out if your order qualifies for electronic delivery, please contact one of our knowledgeable sales representatives.

What are Ticketfast/ Paper tickets?
A large majority of tickets are now printed on “paper” tickets versus hard stock.

Why can't you ship to my P.O. Box?

Gold Coast Tickets uses FedEx as our preferred method of shipping and FedEx will only deliver packages to actual street addresses. Gold Coast Tickets only ships to the billing address of the credit card used for the transaction.

  • Delivery estimates apply to the day your tickets are shipped, which may be different from the day the order was placed.

Another name appears on my ticket, did I get the wrong seats?
The name on the ticket you have received is the name of the original purchaser of the ticket. The tickets are transferable and therefore this will not affect your entrance into the show.

I think I received the wrong tickets. What should I do?
Please check your tickets for the correct events, date, time and seat location upon receipt. If you receive tickets that were not as ordered, the following steps must be taken for amendment of your order. Failure to complete any of these steps in the timeframes stated will result in forfeiture of further recourse on your behalf.

Notify us within 24 hours of receiving incorrect tickets and Gold Coast Tickets will make arrangements to resolve any questions
