The Dukes of September is a compilation band that combines the sounds of jazz, rhythm and blues.  The band consists of Donald Fagen, Michael McDonald, and Boz Scaggs. Donald Fagen was the founder and lead singer of rock band Steely Dan. Michael McDonald is a five time Grammy award winner that played with Steely Dan as well as with The Doobie Brothers. Boz Scaggs is one of the best guitarists in the business as he used to play and back up sing for the Steve Miller Band.
