Lollapalooza Aftershows – August 4, 2013
Alt-J @ Lincoln Hall
In 2007 this English indie rock quartet first met at Leeds University and formed the band that would become Alt-J. The quartet spent the next four years developing their unique sound and in the processed created several of their most notable songs to date including “Breezeblocks” and “Tessellate.” In 2012, the band released their debut album, An Awesome Wave, and also produced the song “Buffalo” for the movie Silver Linings Playbook starring Jennifer Lawrence and Bradley Cooper. We featured Alt-J in a Lolla Spotlight post recently.
