Lollapalooza Spotlight: Porter Robinson
Porter Robinson is a 19 year old producer from Chapel Hill, North Carolina. He started composing at age 12 years old. His first single “Say My Name” reached #1 on the Beatport’s Electro-house chart, a tremendous feat for someone his age. He is signed onto popular dubstep artist Skrillex’s record label OWSLA. He has already toured throughout the world alongside some of electronic music’s biggest names. Besides Lollapalooza he has made appearances at Ultra Music Festival, Electronic Daisy Carnival, Electric Zoo, South By Southwest, and Electric Forrest. He is definitely an electronic music artist to keep your eye on in the future.
