2012 Ryder Cup: Team USA Standings
The 2012 Ryder Cup is still 4+ months away, but American golfers are currently battling it out to earn 1 of 12 roster spots on Team USA. To qualify for the United States team golfers must finish in the top 8 of the Ryder Cup Points List. Points are determined by money earned in 2011 majors and 2012 PGA events up to August 12th (2012 majors = double points, 2012 events played opposite the majors or World Golf Championships = half points). The remaining 4 spots will be selected by Team USA captain Davis Love III a few weeks later in September.
