Gold Coast Tickets’ official response to the change in venue:
Gold Coast Tickets was just informed about the Lady Gaga event(s) being rescheduled to a new venue due to production issues. It is our intention to accommodate all customers who purchased tickets from us with replacement seats at the new venue. Please allow 48-72 hours for us to contact you regarding your order as soon as we have further details.

I’ve purchased 2 tickets for two nights (4 tickets total) to the Lady Gaga show in Chicago.
I imagine the next 48 hours will be critical for figuring out how to sort the problem out, so if you need to reach me for anything, please call me at (removed for privacy reasons.)
My tickets were:
January 8th: LOGE2R AA seats 218-220. Any similar front-row balcony seats would work fine. Isle seats like these would be nice too.
January 9th: BOX V Seats 3 and 4. I don’t know if the new theater has Boxes, and if not, then any reasonably good seats will do.
Thank you for your willingness to help us out with new tickets. That makes you guys #1 in my book!

We bought our tickets through Gold Coast tickets and were unable to find 6 tickets in a row at the Chicago Theatre. We purchased in two separate orders, as we found 6 seats almost next to eachother.
We would appreciate to have our six seats together at Rosemont and wanted to inform you of this as you try to accommodate customers over the next 48-72 hours. We appreciate your help with this matter.

I purchased my two tickets with Gold Coast a while back, and now I am literally panicking about this situation. My dad and I called a few days ago about it, and haven’t heard back. Please Help!
