Founded in 1904 the Ravinia Festival Association has brought some of the best summer acts to the Chicago area. The outside concert venue through the years has combined star performers with a relaxed, nature environment. The Pavilion and outside lawn allow concert goers to listen to some of the best music in the world in a spacious atmosphere.
The Pavilion hosts 3,400 comfortably. With more people being able to listen outside on the lawn. The Ravinia Pavilion is the summer home for the Chicago Symphony Orchestra and many jazz luminaries and legends. The Pavilion has also hosted some of the most popular modern acts including Josh Groban, Sting, Darius Rucker, Jewel and more. The lawn outside allows you to listen to the music comfortably through a state-of-the-art sound system and if you desire you can enjoy the concerts picnic style. The Ravinia hosts multiple food and beverage kiosks and on-site restaurants to create a well rounded evening.
